This year we have streamlined our registration process by putting it all online.
Step 1: Complete Online Pre-Registration Form
Once you have reviewed all our information and you are ready to register, you may click here to fill in our online Pre-Registration Form to reserve your slot.
Step 2: Submit Payment
Once you have completed Step 1, you can lock in your slot by sending your payments via Paypal, to: moedimcoop@gmail.com using the “friends and family” option (so we are not charged a fee, since we are not selling any products or services for a profit).
If you are able, you may send your supply fees at the same time.
“Per Family” Fee:
$10 Returning Family Registration Fee (with background check already on file)
$30 New Family Registration Fee (includes one adult background check)
$20 Background check for additional attending adult“Per Student, Per Month” Supply Fees:
$5 per participating student (choose which months and which students attend)
Step 3: Complete Background Check
Once you have paid the applicable registration fee, your slot will be locked in and you will be sent a link to complete an online background check within 48 hours. Please look for an email message from “The Advocates” or “Verified Volunteers”. (If you don’t see it, check your Spam or “Promotions” tab in your inbox. If you still can not find it, please email moedimcoop@gmail.com to have it resent. This must be completed no later than August 29th in order for us to clear it before the first day of classes.)
Step 4: Sign Hard Copies of Forms
The below packet contains documents you previewed during the online registration process. Please print* and personally review our policies with all family members before they sign them. We prefer that you discuss them orally with your family rather than have them read it alone, so there are no misunderstandings about what has been agreed upon. Please make sure all family members are in agreement and have signed all documents before coming to Orientation Day.

Step 5: Attend Orientation Day
Orientation Day is Monday August 14th at 10:30 am. (We’ll send you the address.)
Please bring hard copies you signed along with any payment that has not been submitted yet. All payments are due by this day unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
